Progress against each commitment is reviewed annually and reported to our supply partners. Where a figure is a target rather than an audited result, we say so.

We know the farm behind every lot before it ships. A short list of approved plants, with feed origin, veterinary records and slaughter dates travelling with the consignment.
How We Source
Cold Chain & Emissions
Cold storage is the largest energy load we carry. We are consolidating shipments into fuller containers and moving to higher-efficiency refrigeration as units reach end of life.
